We run short-form channels, which means we handle your footage, your brand and sometimes access to your accounts. This page says what happens to all of it.
What the website stores
Your language choice, in your own browser. Nothing else is stored on your device: no analytics, no advertising cookies, no visitor tracking.
Fonts are served from this domain and not from Google Fonts, so opening a page sends your IP address to us and to our host and to nobody else.
The booking window is a Google Calendar page loaded inside this site. The moment you open it, Google receives your IP address and can set its own cookies. What you fill in there goes to Google Calendar and to us.
Material you give us
Recordings, brand assets, product photos, scripts, whatever you send. We use it to make your videos and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not put it in a portfolio without asking, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not working on your account.
People appear in that material. If you send us footage with employees, customers or guests in it, you are the one who arranged that they may be published; we work on the assumption that you did.
AI in production
We use AI tools to generate and edit video. Your scripts, prompts and reference material go into those tools, so they leave our own systems. We pick tools that do not train on customer material, and we do not upload footage of identifiable people to a generator without agreeing that with you first.
The people in AI UGC are generated. They are not real customers and we never present them as one.
Access to your accounts
To publish we need a role on your channels or, if you prefer, our own channel that we hand over later. We ask for the least access that does the job and we give it back or drop it when we stop.
With that access we can see your platform analytics. We read those to steer the content and to measure the guarantee, and for nothing else.
Who else is involved
Our hosting, our email, the scheduling and publishing tools, the AI generators and Google Calendar. Each of them processes something on our behalf. Ask us and you get the list that applies to your account, by name.
How long we keep things
While we work together, and after that only what we need for our own records. Say the word and we delete the rest, including the source material.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or have it handed over in a usable format. One email is enough and we answer within a month.
