Terms
The short version of how we work. Scope, price and term are in your proposal, and that document takes precedence over this page.
What we deliver
A number of short videos a month, produced in the service agreed in your proposal, and published on the channels we agreed. You see the first run before anything goes live, and every month we go through what the numbers did.
What we need from you
One person who can approve, the material we agreed, and access to the channels. If those are late, the schedule moves with them.
AI, and saying so
A part of the work is AI-generated. We agree the tone, the scripts and the faces up front, and a person goes over everything before it is published. AI UGC is never presented as a real customer testimonial, and where a platform requires a label we set it.
The material is yours
Everything we deliver is yours to use without limit, paid campaigns included. The one thing that travels with it are the licences on any music, voices and AI assets in a production; we check those for commercial use and their terms carry over to you.
Your accounts stay yours
Your channels, your followers, your delivered content. If we set up a channel for you, it is transferred to you when we stop, on request at any point.
Price and costs
A monthly fee, plus a CPM above the threshold in your proposal. Tool licences that your setup requires are passed on at cost and are visible in the proposal. Payment terms are in there too.
Term and cancellation
The first three months run in one go, because a channel needs that long to say anything. After that it is cancellable monthly.
The guarantee
If engagement has not measurably risen after those three months, you get your money back. Measured on the account we pick together, against the month before we started, from the platform analytics themselves. It applies if we could publish according to the agreed schedule; if approval or material stalled for weeks, we will say so before the term ends rather than afterwards.
What we cannot promise
Platforms change their rules and their distribution and we have no say in that. We are responsible for making and publishing the agreed work; the reach that follows is not something anyone can guarantee, and neither can we. Anything about liability is in your proposal.
